A Lifetime in Sports. A Heart for Families.

Sports have shaped our lives for as long as we can remember.

We are two sisters with deep roots in athletics, having experienced sports from nearly every angle: as athletes, coaches, program leaders, sports business owners, and now sports moms. Over the years, we’ve learned that while sports can be incredibly powerful, they can also be overwhelming for families trying to balance time, finances, wellness, and values.

That lived experience is what drives everything we create.

Meet Vivianne Bolen

Hi, my name is Vivianne Bolen, and I bring decades of leadership and hands-on experience in athletics and education.

I am a former Division I athlete and coach, a former high school Coach of the Year, and a longtime director of sports programs and club teams. Today, I am also a business owner and program director, combining strategic leadership with a deep understanding of athlete development and family dynamics.

My life’s work has always focused on helping young people—and the adults who support them—navigate sports in a way that is healthy, intentional, and sustainable.

Meet Jiji Radzieski

Hi, I’m Jiji Radzieski, and I bring a practical, systems-driven perspective to youth sports and family life.

I played women’s lacrosse at the college club level and have experience coaching and directing sports programs and club teams. As a business owner and program director, I am especially skilled in organization, budgeting, and managing the logistical realities that come with busy sports schedules.

As a current educator and highly active sports mom, (oh, and a coach’s wife) I understand firsthand the demands families face—from balancing finances and time commitments to making thoughtful choices that support both athletes and family well-being. My approach focuses on clarity, efficiency, and helping families feel more confident and in control.

Why We Created This Space

As sports moms ourselves, we know that families aren’t just looking for more information. They’re looking for clarity. We promise to keep it simple and keep it clear.

We created this platform to share practical guidance rooted in real experience. You will not find trends, hypes, or extremes here. It’s not who we are.

Our goal is to help families:

  • Make confident, informed decisions about sports and activities

  • Support kids’ growth without burnout—for kids or parents

  • Balance athletics with wellness, education, and everyday life

  • Feel less alone in navigating a demanding season of parenting

We believe sports should enhance family life—not consume it.

OUR PROMISE

We don’t overshare.

We don’t sensationalize.

We don’t overshare.  We don’t sensationalize.

VERY important: We do not claim to know everything, nor have we been perfect in this process.   We are navigating this sports mom life just like all of you. This space is not meant to assume or make judgements.

We want to create something real, something we feel will truly be beneficial to our sports moms.
